What can I expect from a session?
1. Understanding Your Symptoms And Pain.
Really getting to understand the pain, symptoms, your lifestyle, short term and long term goals, and true understanding of you.
2. A Full Assessment.
I will do a full assessment of your current static posture, then highlight areas where it needs to be addressed.
This can be done by taking photos (with your consent), Gait analysis and Functional Tests.
3. Creating a workable, manageable plan.
Creating a bespoke plan through cooperation, to get you from pain to pain free as soon as possible realising that everyone has different needs, ability and time. This normally takes the form of weekly safe, gentle exercises given in a menu, weekly mid catch-up calls, and printed/email menus delivered immediately after the session..
